Krista Bowen¹

Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel

Krista Bowen became our General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer in January 2026. Prior to that Ms. Bowen served as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary. Ms. Bowen joined CommScope, now Vistance Networks, in 2010 as Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel, leading the global commercial contracts team. Her portfolio of responsibilities expanded over time to include M&A, compliance and global trade, among other areas. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Bowen was a shareholder at Robinson Bradshaw, a law firm in Charlotte, North Carolina, with a focus on M&A transactions.

Ms. Bowen represents Vistance Networks as a director on the board of Vantiva SA (Euronext Paris: VANTI).

Ms. Bowen has a J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law and a B.A. in finance from West Virginia University.
