Our Commitment to a Sustainable Future

Although Vistance Networks continues its journey under a new name, we have not changed our commitment to sustainability. We understand that sustainability is for generating lasting value for both our stakeholders and the communities we support. Our goal is to integrate sustainability principles into our business practices as we always have, promoting responsible development and adaptability in a fast-evolving world. Guided by this focus, we have identified several priorities to enhance our sustainability program.

Our Priorities

  • Governance, Transparency and Reporting: We will continue to uphold strong governance practices that ensure ethical conduct, effective oversight, and responsible decision-making. Our governance framework will support compliance with applicable laws and regulations, alignment with leading global standards, and continuous improvement in sustainability performance. In addition, we are committed to transparent and regular reporting on our sustainability goals and progress.

  • Innovation and Collaboration: We are committed to developing great products where sustainability drives both innovation and collaboration, creating solutions that benefit people and the planet.

  • Our People: We are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging workplace where every employee can thrive. We will prioritize health, safety, inclusion and talent development, recognizing that our people are fundamental to innovation, resilience, and long-term success.

  • Climate Action: We will measure and manage our greenhouse gas emissions across Scope 1, 2, and 3, and set a roadmap for reduction aligned with global climate goals.

  • Responsible Supply Chain: We will uphold human rights and environmental and ethical practices throughout our supply chain, including compliance with Modern Slavery legislation and emerging climate disclosure requirements.

Governance and Business Ethics

We continuously look for ways to reduce the environmental impact of our products. Vistance Networks’ design process emphasizes sustainability throughout every stage of our product's life cycle.
